Delete Account

Choose your app, then follow the steps to request account and data deletion.

Delete your Point User account

This page explains how to delete your Point User account and associated personal data.

How to delete in the app

  1. Open Point User.
  2. Go to Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm deletion. You will be signed out after the account is deleted.

Request by email / support

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Subject: Account deletion request – Point User.
  3. Include the phone number or email used to register.
  4. We will verify ownership and process the request.

What data is deleted

  • Account profile (name, phone, email, login credentials)
  • Profile photo and support/chat attachments linked to your account (where stored)
  • Push notification device tokens

What may be retained

  • Completed order/delivery records needed for legal, accounting, dispute, or fraud prevention
  • Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you

Retained records are kept only as long as required, then deleted or anonymized.

  1. Point User အက်ပ် → Account → Delete Account
  2. သို့မဟုတ် [email protected] သို့ “Account deletion request – Point User” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ပို့ပါ။
  3. မှတ်ပုံတင် ဖုန်း/အီးမေးလ် ထည့်ပေးပါ။
